         rule for floor consideration on HB 4: 
          
         Pursuant to Rule 3, Section 4(2), and Rule 6, Section 16(f), the  
         Committee on Calendars proposes adoption of the following rule  
         governing floor consideration of H.B. 4: 
          
              All original amendments that will be offered during second  
         reading consideration must be filed with the chief clerk not  
         later than noon on Tuesday, March 18. 
         Seconded by Representative Truitt.
