         Pursuant to a notice posted on May 6, 2004, and revised on May  
         11, 2004, the House Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on  
         Interim Charge #3, General Revenue Dedicated Accounts and  
         Accounts Held Outside the Treasury, met in a public hearing and  
         was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at  
         10:14 a.m.  The House Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee  
         on Interim Charge #3, General Revenue Dedicated Accounts and  
         Accounts Held Outside the Treasury, met jointly with the House  
         Committee on Appropriations, 
         Subcommittee on General Government.

         Absent:   Representatives Branch; Crownover; Raymond (3).
