         Pursuant to a notice posted on April 2, 2004, the House  
         Committee on Appropriations, Subcommittee on Interim Charge # 3,  
         Number of GR-Dedicated Accounts and Accounts Held Outside the  
         State Treasury, met in a public hearing and was called to order  
         by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 1:25 p.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Kolkhorst; Branch; Crownover; Hamric;  
                   Pickett (5). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Eiland; Ellis, Dan; Raymond (3). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 4:35 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
