No fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
The bill would increase usage of the reverse auction procedure for purchases by the Building and Procurement Commission to 10 percent of the dollar value of goods they purchase during the 2004-05 biennium, 20 pecent of the dollar value of goods they purchase during the 2006-07 biennium and 30 percent of the dollar value of goods they purchase beginning on September 1, 2007.
