Amend CSHB 3588 in Article 5 of the bill, on page 118, between lines 6 and 7, by inserting the following: (d) Notwithstanding Subsection (b), the department may not assign points to a person's license if the offense committed by the person was adjudicated under Article 45.051(c-1) or 45.0511(1) (1), Code of Criminal Procedure.
