Amend Floor Amendment No. 1 to CSHB 3015 as follows:                         
	On page 2, line 9 of the amendment add the following new 
subsection:  "(b-4)  Subsections (b-2), (b-3) and (b-4) shall 
expire on September 1, 2007.".
