Amend CSHB 2292 on page 140 between lines 10 and 11, by adding a new subsection (4) to read as follows: (4) with the assistance of the department, assess the potential cost impacts on providers necessary to meet the minimum standards, and the commensurate fiscal impact on the department's appropriations requirement.
