Amend CSHB 1 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  On page I-79, Office of State-Federal Relations, by 
reducing the general revenue appropriation of Goal A:  Influence 
Federal Action by $180,000 in Fiscal Year 2004 and $180,000 in 
Fiscal Year 2005.
	(2)  On page II-40, increase funding for Strategy B.2.3. 
Premiums:  Pregnant Women by $360,000 for Medicaid for Pregnant 
Women.
