Veterans' Land Board.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Texas:

SJR 38            Truan
Proposing a constitutional amendment authorizing the Veterans' Land
Board to use excess assets in certain funds to provide for veterans
homes and veterans cemeteries and to issue additional general
obligation bonds for veterans' housing assistance.

SB 1471            Ogden
Relating to the application of the sales tax to certain food served
to students at institutions of higher education.

SB 1479            Madla
Relating to sales tax exemption for certain property used in the
repair, remodeling or maintenance of aircraft.

SB 1497            Ellis, Rodney
Relating to the sourcing of state and local taxation of mobile
telecommunications services.

HB 1130            Rangel / et al.          SP: Barrientos
Relating to the exemption of certain educational aides from the
payment of tuition and fees at institutions of higher education and
to the employment of those aides.

HB 1840            Junell                   SP: Ellis, Rodney
Relating to authorizing the comptroller to waive penalties and
interest relating to the delivery of certain delinquent unclaimed
property.
