corporation to require the grant of an easement as a precondition

Relating to the exemption of tax-exempt property of religious
organizations from municipal platting requirements.

HB 1264            Clark
Relating to an exception to the presumption that all appropriate
persons have given consent to a municipal annexation.

HB 1402            Cook
Relating to authorizing the School Land Board to approve the
release of the state's interest in land in certain circumstances.

HB 1412            Flores
Relating to the use and management of real property owned by the
Texas Department of Transportation.

HJR 52            Cook
Proposing a constitutional amendment clearing land titles by
relinquishing and releasing any claim of sovereign ownership or
title to an interest in certain lands in Bastrop County.

HJR 53            Cook
Proposing a constitutional amendment granting the legislature
authority to release the state's interest in land that is held by a
person in good faith under color of title.
