Pursuant to a notice posted on April 12, 2001, the House
Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was
called to order by the chair, Representative Carter, at 2:10
p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:

Absent: Representatives Burnam; Callegari; Ehrhardt (3).

The chair laid out SB 1061.
The chair recognized Representative Janek to explain the
measure.

be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
