         Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on April 18,  
         2001, the House Committee on Urban Affairs, Subcommittee on HB  
         818,1507,1508,1510,1530,1531, met in a formal meeting and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Bailey, at 12:35  
         p.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Bailey; Burnam; Callegari; Edwards;  
                   Jones, Elizabeth (5). 
          
         Absent:   None (0). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         The chair directed that the April 10, 2001, minutes for the  
         House Committee on Urban Affairs,  Subcommittee on HB 818, 1507,  
         1508, 1510, 1530, 1531 committee be corrected. The corrected  
         minutes were authorized without objection. 
          
         At 12:40 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
