         On April 18, 2001, the House Committee on Urban Affairs  
         Subcommittee on HB 818, 1507, 1508, 1510, 1530, 1531 authorized  
         the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House  
         Committee on Urban Affairs Subcommittee on HB 818, 1507, 1508,  
         1510, 1530, 1531 held on April 10, 2001. The following are the  
         corrected minutes for that meeting: 
          
         Pursuant to a notice posted on April 5, 2001, the House  
         Committee on Urban Affairs, Subcommittee on HB 818, 1507, 1508,  
         1510, 1530, 1531, met in a public hearing and was called to  
         order by the chair, Representative Bailey, at 4:48 p.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Bailey; Burnam; Callegari (3). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Edwards; Jones, Elizabeth (2). 
          
         A quorum was present.

         The chair laid out HB 818.

         Representative Edwards moved that HB 818, without amendments, be  
         reported favorably to the full committee with the recommendation  
         that it do pass. The motion prevailed by the following record  
         vote:

                             Edwards; Jones, Elizabeth (5).  
           
         Nays:               None (0).  
           
         Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).  
         Absent:        None (0). 
           
         At 5:47 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,
