         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 3, 2001,  
         the House Committee on State Recreational Resources met in a  
         formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Kuempel, at 5:50 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Kuempel; Cook; Crownover, Myra; Ellis,  
                   Dan; Homer; Jones, Elizabeth; Kolkhorst (7). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Alexander; Callegari (2). 
          
         A quorum was present. 
          
         SB 305 
          
         The chair moved to reconsider the vote by which the measure was  
         reported from committee. The motion to reconsider prevailed  
         without objection.  
          
         The committee substitute reported from committee on April 30,  
         2001, was withdrawn without objection. 
          
         Representative Kuempel offered a new complete committee  
         substitute.  
          
         The committee substitute was adopted without objection. 
          
         Representative Ellis, Dan moved that SB 305, as substituted, be  
         reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
         that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the  
         following record vote:  
          
         Ayes:               Representatives Kuempel; Cook; Crownover,  
                             Myra; Ellis, Dan; Homer; Jones, Elizabeth;  
                             Kolkhorst (7).  
           
         Nays:               None (0).  
           
         Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).  
           
         Absent:        Representatives Alexander; Callegari  (2).  
          
         At 5:54 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
