CORRECTED MINUTES
On May 5, 2001, the House Committee on Public Safety authorized
the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the House
Committee on Public Safety held on April 9, 2001. The following
are the corrected minutes for that meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on April 4, 2001 and an announcement
from the House Floor changing the meeting time to 1:30, the
House Committee on Public Safety met in a public hearing and was
called to order by the chair, Representative Turner, Bob, at
1:38 p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:

Phil (5).
Absent: Representatives Driver; Gutierrez; Isett; Villarreal,
Mike (4).
