Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 5,
2001, the House Committee on Public Safety met in a formal
meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative
Turner, Bob, at 1:05 p.m.

Chairman Turner, Bob explained the measure.
Representative Isett moved that HB 1606, without amendments, be
reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the
