                                 CORRECTED MINUTES 
                                           
         On March 21, 2001, the House Committee on Public Health  
         authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of the  
         House Committee on Public Health held on February 14, 2001. The  
         following are the corrected minutes for that meeting: 
          
         A witness, Myles Lefler, was left out from the witness list for  
         HB 103.  We have now added this witness to the witness list and  
         the committee report. 
           
         Pursuant to a notice posted on February 9, 2001, the House  
         Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the Chair, Representative Gray, at 1:38 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                   Maxey; Uresti (6). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Delisi; Glaze; Wohlgemuth (3).
