         Pursuant to a notice posted on May 2, 2001, and a suspension of  
         the five-day posting rule on May 3, 2001, to enable the  
         Committee to take up and consider HB 2141, the House Committee  
         on Land & Resource Management met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Walker, at 8:07  
         a.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

         The bill was left pending without objection.  
          
         At 9:56 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,
