         On April 17, 2001, the House Committee on Land & Resource  
         Management authorized the correction of the minutes for the  
         meeting of the House Committee on Land & Resource Management  
         held on April 10, 2001.  The following are the corrected minutes  
         for that meeting: 
          
         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 10,  
         2001, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a  
         formal meeting and was called to order by the chair,  
         Representative Walker, at 4:29 p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows: 
          
         Present:  Representatives Walker; Crabb; Brown, Fred; Mowery;  
                   Truitt; Turner, Bob (6). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Geren; Howard; Krusee (3).

         substitute.  
          
         The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
