         Representative Solis, Jim moved that HB 3697, without  
         amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the  
         recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion  
         prevailed by the following record vote:

         The chair laid out SB 1199 as pending business.  
          
         Representative Capelo offered an amendment to the measure and  
         explained. 
          
         The amendment was adopted without objection. 
          
         Representative Deshotel moved that SB 1199, as amended, be  
         reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
         that it do pass and be printed. The motion prevailed by the  
         following record vote:
