         On March 12, 2001, the House Committee on Human Services  
         authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the  
         House Committee on Human Services held on February 12, 2001. The  
         following are the corrected minutes for that meeting: 
          
         Pursuant to a notice posted on February 7, 2001, the House  
         Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the chair, Representative Naishtat, at 2:08  
         p.m. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

                   Ehrhardt; Raymond (5). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Noriega; Telford; Villarreal, Mike;  
                   Wohlgemuth (4).
