         Although not present for the vote, Representative Turner  
         requested to go on record as being in support of the Calendar  
         for Wednesday, March 21, 2001. 
          
         At 11:56 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
