         with the following change: Add Amended Contingency Appropriation  
         for Expanded Jurisdiction rider (Allen #1).  Without objection,  
         the motion was adopted.

         Representative Hamric moved the adoption of LBB recommendations  
         with the following changes: Add Relocation of Headquarters rider  
         (Hamric #1) and Contingency Appropriation for Lease and Moving  
         Expense rider (Hamric #2) and Contingency Revenue rider (Hamric  
         #3) and Legislative Intent rider for Field Investigators (Moreno  
         #4).  Without objection, the motion was adopted.

         Without objection, the motion was adopted.

         #4, Appropriation: Track Official Fees rider (Hamric #1);

         rider (Hamric #2); and Contingent Revenue rider (Hamric #3).   
         Without objection, the motion was adopted.

         with the following changes: Add Measure Target Change rider
