Amend HB 543 as follows: (1) by adding a new Section 2 and 3, to read as follows and renumber the subsequent sections appropriately: "SECTION 2. Sections 22.201, 22.202, 22.2021, 22.203, 22.2031, 22.204, 22.205, 22.2051, 22.206, 22.2061, 22.207, 22.208, 22.209, 22.210, 22.211, 22.212, 22.213, 22.214, 22.215, and 22.216, Government Code, are repealed. SECTION 3. Subchapter C, Chapter 22, Government Code, is amended by adding Section 22.2011 to read as follows: Sec. 22.2011. COURTS OF APPEALS DISTRICTS. (a) The state is divided into two courts of appeals districts with a court of appeals in each district.
