The Subcommittee on Healthcare Technology is charged with studying the
emergence of the Healthcare Technology Industry in Texas, as well as
identifying factors promoting and inhibiting development of the
industry and consider state and private actions potentially effecting
its growth.

This hearing will be the final investigative hearing for the
subcommittee.  It will focus on issues of tax credits, risk capital,
and educational funding.

The Subcommittee will hear from invited and public testimony.

The hearing will be held at the University of Texas San Antonio Main
Campus at Loop 1604 and IH-10, in the University Room (2.06.04) of the
Business Building at 9:00 a.m.

Parking will be available at either Lot 3 or 4 on John Peace Blvd. off
Loop 1604.
