(See attached witness list.) Testimony was taken on agency oversight of Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs. (See attached witness list.) Testimony was taken from John Henneberger, Texas Low Income Housing Information Service, regarding the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs data base.
