The House Committee on Urban Affairs 76th Legislature May 3, 2000 9:00 a.m. Holiday Inn South, 100 Alta Mesa Blvd, Fort Worth, Texas Pursuant to a notice posted on April 24, 2000, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Carter, at 9:40 a.m. The roll was answered as follows: Present: Representatives Carter; Ehrhardt; Najera (3). Absent: Representatives Bailey; Burnam; Clark; Edwards; Hill; Hodge (6). Chairman Carter recessed the meeting at 9:42 in order to travel to tour the American Home Star Corporation Oak Creek Plant at 4805 E. Loop 820, Fort Worth, Texas. The Chair reconvened the meeting at 10: 10 a.m. at American Home Star Corporation Oak Creek Plant. Charley Boyer, General manager and Mike Heninger, Service Manager, both of American Home Star Corporation, conducted the tour. Tour ended at 11:40 a.m. At 11:41 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair. ________________________ Rep.
