House Committee on Urban Affairs 76th Legislature May 5, 1999 2:00 pm Capitol Extension, E2.016 Pursuant to a notice posted on April 30, 1999, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 3, 1999, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the Chair, Representative Bill Carter at 4:12 pm.
