                                CORRECTED MINUTES 
          
         On March 22, 1999, the House Committee on State Affairs  
         authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of  
         the House Committee on State Affairs held on March 15, 1999.   
         The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting: 
          
         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 10, 1999, and by  
         announcement on the house floor, the House Committee on State  
         Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the  
         Chair, Representative Steven Wolens at 1:50 pm. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:
