         On April 28, 1999, the House Committee on Public Health  
         authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of  
         the House Committee on Public Health held on April 21, 1999.   
         The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting: 
          
         Pursuant to a notice posted on April 16, 1999, the House  
         Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the Chair, Representative Patricia Gray at  
         5:45 pm. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:
