         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 10,  
         1999, the House Committee on Pensions & Investments met in a  
         formal meeting and was called to order by the Chair,  
         Representative Sherri Greenberg at 6:23 pm. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:

         The chair laid out SB 1128, the senate companion to HB 2701   
          
         Representative Greenberg offered a complete committee  
         substitute.   
          
         Representative Greenberg offered an amendment to the committee  
         substitute.

         The amendment was adopted without objection.   
          
         Representative Greenberg offered an amendment to the committee  
         substitute.

         reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
  
         that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the  
         following vote:

         Nays:          None (0).

         The chair laid out HB 3755 as pending business.

         substitute.   
          
         The committee substitute was adopted without objection. 
          
         Representative Tillery moved that HB 3755, as substituted, be  
         reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
         that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the
