         Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 12,  
         1999, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 12,  
         1999, so that the committee could take up and consider SB  
         1301, SB 1855, SB 1890 and HR 910, the House Committee on  
         Natural Resources met in a formal meeting and was called to  
         order by the Chair, Representative David Counts, at 8:30 a.m.

         favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do  
         pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and  
         Consent Calendars.  The motion prevailed by the following

         Representative Lewis, Ron moved that SB 1171, as substituted,  
         be reported favorably to the full house with the  
         recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to
