                                CORRECTED MINUTES 
          
         On April 7, 1999, the House Committee on Licensing &  
         Administrative Procedures authorized the correction of the  
         minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Licensing &  
         Administrative Procedures held on March 10, 1999.  The  
         following are the corrected minutes for that meeting: 
          
         Pursuant to a notice posted on March 05, 1999, the House  
         Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures met in a  
         public hearing at 2:15 pm. 
          
         HB 844 
          
         The chair laid out HB 844. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         Rep. Wilson explained the measure. 
          
         A quorum was present:  Rep. Haggerty, Rep. Yarbrough, Rep.  
         Wilson, Rep. Moreno, Rep. Palmer. 
          
         Rep. Wilson closed the measure. 
          
         The bill was left pending without objection.  
          
         (Representative Jones, Delwin now present.) 
          
         HB 703 
          
         The chair laid out HB 703.  
          
         Rep. Wilson explained the measure.  
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         Rep. Wilson closed the measure. 
          
         The bill was left pending without objection.  
          
         HB 1814 
          
         The chair laid out HB 1814.   
         The chair recognized Representative Brimer to explain the  
         measure.

         Representative Haggerty moved that HB 1814 be reported  
         favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do  
         pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the following  
         vote:

                        Jones, Delwin; Moreno, Joe; Palmer; Reyna,  
                        Arthur (7). 
          
         Nays:          None (0).

         The chair laid out HB 874.   
          
         The chair recognized Representative Farrar to explain the  
         measure.

         favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do

         be reported favorably to the full house with the  
         recommendation that it do pass and be printed.  The motion
