         1999, the House Committee on Juvenile Justice & Family Issues  
         met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the Chair,  
         Representative Toby Goodman at 7:30 pm.

         Representative Goodman offered a complete committee  
         substitute.   
          
         The committee substitute was adopted without objection. 
          
         Representative Goodman moved that SB 685, as substituted, be  
         reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
         that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the  
         following vote:

         Representative Naishtat offered an amendment to the measure.   
          
         The amendment was adopted without objection.   
         Representative Naishtat moved that SB 1814, as amended, be  
         reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation  
         that it do pass and be printed.  The motion prevailed by the
