         Committee on Energy Resources met in a public hearing and was  
         called to order by the Chair, Representative Ron Lewis at 2:05  
         pm.

         The chair recognized Representative Williams to explain the  
         measure.   
          
         Representative Hawley offered a complete committee substitute.   
          
         The committee substitute was adopted without objection.

         Representative Crabb moved that HB 2547, as substituted, be  
         reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation
