         Registration, met in a public hearing and was called to order by  
         the chair, Representative Denny, at 10:10 a.m. 
          
         Present:  Representatives Denny; Hodge (2). 
          
         Absent:   Representatives Averitt; Jones, Jesse (2). 
          
         A quorum was not present. 
          
         Testimony was taken.  (See attached witness list.) 
          
         At 12:45 p.m., on the motion of Representative Madden and  
         without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call  
         of the chair.
