Pursuant to a notice posted on April 1, 1999, and a suspension
of the 5 day posting rule made from the floor of the House on
7 April 1999, the House Committee on Elections met in a public
hearing and was called to order by the Chair, Representative
Debra Danburg at 2:21 pm.
