On May 19, 1999, the House Committee on Business & Industry
authorized the correction of the minutes for the meeting of
the House Committee on Business & Industry held on April 20,
1999. The following are the corrected minutes for that
meeting:

1999. The following are the corrected minutes for that
meeting:
Pursuant to a notice posted on April 15, 1999 and revised on
April 15, 1999, the House Committee on Business & Industry met
in a public hearing and was called to order by the Chair,
Representative Kim Brimer at 4:55 pm.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Brimer; Dukes; Giddings; Ritter;
Siebert; Solomons; Woolley (7).
Absent: Representatives Corte; George (2).
A quorum was present.
The chair directed that the minutes for the House Committee on
Business & Industry on March 29, 1999; April 13, 1999; and
April 16, 1999 be corrected. The corrected minutes of all
three meetings were authorized without objection.
