         called to order by the chair, Representative Robert Junell at  
         8:00 am.

         Representative McReynolds moved the adoption of LBB  
         recommendations with two changes to performance measures.  Add  
         Fair Park rider (McReynolds #1), GO TEXAN rider (McReynolds  
         #2), Octane Testing rider (McReynolds #3) and  Pesticide Lab  
         rider (McReynolds #4). Without objection, the motion was  
         adopted. 
          
         Board of Professional Tax Examiners 
          
         Representative Pickett moved the adoption of LBB  
         recommendations. Add contingency rider (Pickett #1). Without  
         objection, the motion was adopted. 
          
         Board of Dental Examiners 
          
         (Representatives Gallego and Moreno now present.) 
          
         Representative Pickett moved the adoption of LBB  
         recommendations. Without objection, the motion was adopted. 
          
         Board of Chiropractic Examiners

         motion was adopted.

         recommendations.  Without objection, the motion was adopted. 
          
         Board of Medical Examiners

         motion was adopted.

         Council 
          
         Representative Gutierrez moved the adoption of LBB  
         recommendations. Add contingency rider for operating costs  
         (Gutierrez #1).  Without objection, the motion was adopted.
