Relating to a driver's license that authorizes the operation of a

Relating to the joint listing on an ad valorem tax appraisal roll
of separate interests in minerals in place.

Relating to courses and programs at the University of Houston
Downtown.

Relating to state fiscal matters, including holidays, employee
compensation and deductions, reports, consultants, and the
