Relating to the authority of the Bayview Municipal Utility District
of Galveston County to install and assess for street lighting.

Relating to the authority of a drainage district to discontinue
maintenance of certain parts of its drainage system.

HB 1254            Jackson
Relating to the validation of all acts, governmental proceedings,
officials, bonds, and obligations of navigation districts and port
authorities.

HB 1217            Gutierrez
Relating to contracts for fire hydrant service made with a water
supply and sewer service corporation.

HB 320            Krusee
Relating to the ability of municipalities to provide water or
wastewater service to a residence to preserve the quality of an
aquifer the municipality uses as a water source.

HB 1801            Counts
Relating to the exclusion of territory from the Red Creek Municipal
Utility District.

HB 1542            Counts
Relating to the authorization of the Texas Natural Resource
Conservation Commission to issue general permits by rule for the
discharge of waste into or adjacent to water in the state.

HB 1802            Lewis, Ron
Relating to the development and management of the water resources
of the state; assessing fees; making appropriations.

Also, to consider the following:
Surface Water and Groundwater Supplies (The committee will consider and
receive testimony on proposals related to water rights permitting,
storage of appropriated water in aquifers, the Texas Water Assistance
Program, brush control projects, precipitation enhancement projects,
priority groundwater management areas, groundwater conservation
districts, and a sales tax exemption for water conservation and reuse
equipment.)
