Relating to state formula funding to an institution of higher
education and tuition costs for certain resident doctoral students.

Relating to exempting certain children in foster or residential
care from the payment of tuition and fees at state-supported
institutions of higher education.

Relating to the international education fee at The University of
Texas at Austin.

Relating to tuition and fees charged by public institutions of
higher education, including the redesignation of certain fees as
tuition.

Supporting the desire of the board of regents of The Texas A&M University
System to combine the Baylor College of Dentistry, the Texas A&M
University College of Medicine, the Texas A&M University Institute of
Biosciences and Biotechnology, and the Texas A&M University School of Rural
Public Health into a unified administrative structure to be named the Texas
A&M University System Health Science Center.
