The subcommittee will hold a public hearing to consider the Interim
Charge from Speaker Laney to, "Review materials of publicly funded
environmental education programs and assess whether the materials and
the programs promote views based on scientifically sound information."

Subcommittee members are:
     Rep. Charlie Howard, Chair
     Rep. Mike Jackson
     Rep. John Hirschi
     Rep. Robert Puente
     Rep. Robert Talton

Persons wishing to testify should arrive at the meeting early, complete
a witness affirmation form, and turn the form into the clerk.  Those
who wish to provide written documentation should be prepared to
provide eight copies to the clerk at the beginning of their testimony.
NOTE: written documentation is accepted as a courtesy; it is not
considered an official part of the reccord.
