Committee on Public Safety, Subcommittee on Shooting Range
Safety (Interim Charge #3), met in a work session and was
called to order by the Chair, Representative Bill G. Carter,
         at 10:15 a.m.

The roll was answered as follows:

Present: Representatives Carter; Madden; Reyna, Elvira (3).

         Absent: Olivo (1)

The subcommittee discussed the specifics of any legislation

         for discussion.

         (Representative Olivo now present.)

Changes to the original draft were suggested by members of the
         subcommittee.

The chair indicated that another work session would be planned
for the next meeting to further discuss the scope of any
legislation that might result from the interim study.

At 11:50 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without
objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of
         the chair.
