         called to order by the Chair, Representative Paul Sadler at 2:10 
         pm.

         A quorum was present.

         The chair referred  HB 121, HB 217, HB 351, HB 389, HB 824, HB 
         825, HB 1226, and HB 1227 directly to the Subcommittee on Safe 
         Schools.
         
         The chair named the following members to the Subcommittee on Safe 
         Schools:  Representative Dutton, chair, Representatives 
         Culberson; Price; Rhodes; and Uher.
