         Pursuant to a notice posted on April 14, 1998, the House  
         Committee on Pensions & Investments, Subcommittee on ERS  
         Insurance Funding met in a public hearing and was called to  
         order by the Acting Chair, Representative Dale Tillery  at  
         9:12 am. 
          
         The roll was answered as follows:   
          
         Present:  Representatives Woolley; Capelo; Goolsby; Tillery  
                   (4). 
          
         Absent:   Representative Rangel(1). 
          
         Although not a member of the subcommittee, Representative  
         Telford was present. 
          
         Testimony was taken. 
          
         At 10:55 am, on the motion of the chair and without objection,  
         the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
