Pursuant to a motion made and unanimously granted during a
public hearing on May 5, 1997, the following are the corrected
committee minutes for the House Committee on Land and Resource
Management.
Pursuant to a notice posted on April 16, 1997 and a suspension
of the 5-day posting rule on April 21, 1997, the House
Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a public
hearing and was called to order by the Chair, Representative
Fred Bosse at 7:45 pm.
