         Pursuant to a notice posted on February 18, 1997, the House 
         Committee on Land and Resource Management met in a public 
         hearing and was called to order by the Chair, Representative 
         Fred Bosse at 2:10 pm.

         Representative Turner, Bob offered a complete committee 
         substitute.  
         
         Testimony was taken.

         to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be
