Pursuant to a motion made and unanimously granted during
the hearing on March 17, 1997, the following are the
corrected committee minutes for the Human Services hearing
on March 3, 1997.
Pursuant to a notice posted on February 26, 1997, the House
Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was
called to order by the Chair, Representative Harvey
Hilderbran at 11:18 am.
The roll was answered as follows:
Present: Representatives Hilderbran; Naishtat; Chavez;
Christian; Maxey; McReynolds (6).
Absent: Representatives Davila; Krusee; Wohlgemuth (3).
A quorum was present.
Representative Maxey moved to submit corrected minutes from
hearings on February 24, 1997 and February 25, 1997. The
motion was seconded by Representative McReynolds and so
moved without objection.
