         Rep. Dutton requested that a statement be inserted in the  
         record that had he been present for the previous record votes,  
         he would have voted "Aye" on Rep. Sadler's motion, "Aye" on  
         Rep. McCall's motion, and "Nay" on Rep. Hilbert's motion.   
         There being no objection, the Chair ordered this statement  
         inserted in the record. 
          
         At 5:40 pm, on the motion of Representative Danburg and  
  
         without objection, the meeting was recessed subject to the  
         call of the chair.
